Company Bio
Oklahoma Lumbermen's Association was created in 1947. It has a
rich tradition and an excellent history. The biography is not of the
associations but those that run the organization. Here you will find the
men and women that make the association what it is today.

President - John Stephens
John is a native
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. John entered the building material industry and has nearly 50 years experience in the business.
Mr. Stephens has served in management
positions in the states of Missouri, Nevada, and Oklahoma. He has
served the Oklahoma Lumbermen's Association in various capacities since
coming to Oklahoma in 1995. He has served on the Health Benefits
Committee for the past 10 years and is currently the Association's Vice
President & Treasurer.
Currently John is employed by Gordon
White Lumber Companies serving as Retail Development Manager.
John is happily married to the former
Brenda Browning of Olive Branch, Illinois. John and Brenda have three
children and are blessed with four grandchildren that all live in the local
area.

Jimmy Nickles
is the President of White’s Ace Building Center of Shawnee and
Seminole. He has been with the company for eight years.
Jimmy is an
Oklahoma State University graduate, originally from the Tulsa area. He
now resides in Shawnee with his wife, Michelle and son, Austin.
