Oklahoma Lumbermen's Association (O.L.A.), is the foremost trade association in the state, dedicated to the advancement of the lumber products industry since 1947.
OBJECTIVES OF THE OKLAHOMA LUMBERMEN'S ASSOCIATION
- TO PROVIDE MEMBERS AN ALLIANCE THEY CAN COUNT ON.
- TO PROVIDE lumber industry employers, their employees and families a premier employee benefit program.
- TO SPEAK with a single, strong resolute voice to all levels of our government.
- TO PROMOTE the general sale and expanded use of the industry's products and services.
- TO CONTINUALLY TRAIN and instruct the member personnel at all levels in product knowledge, basic skills, management techniques and improved marketing methods through seminars, conferences and written communications.
- TO SERVE as a clearing house for solving problems of mutual interest to members of this industry and allied industries.
- TO ACT as a public relations counsel for the industry's affairs and interests.
- TO PROMOTE the personal acquaintance of members to learn from each other through conferences, trade shows, seminars and social activities.
- TO PROMOTE high standards of business ethics among the industry's members in order to increase its prestige in the business community as ell as those whom it serves.
- TO FOSTER positive and effective relationships between he different channels of distribution in the building material industry.
